  1. Replacement Only: We do not offer refunds or returns on our custom wedge woods. However, we provide replacement services for eligible cases as outlined below.

  2. Warranty Coverage: We offer a 2-year warranty on paint peeling, wood splintering, and warping. If you experience any of these issues within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will arrange for a replacement.

  3. Golf Ball Damage: Please note that we do not provide replacements for wedge woods damaged due to golf ball impact or any other external factors beyond our control. It is the responsibility of the golfer to ensure proper use and care of the equipment during gameplay.

  4. Eligibility for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement under the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

    a. The product must have been used for its intended purpose and in accordance with proper golfing techniques.

    b. The damage must not be a result of misuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, or modification of the wedge wood.

    c. The customer must provide proof of purchase (order details, receipt, or invoice) to initiate the replacement process.

  5. Replacement Process: If you believe your custom wedge wood is eligible for a replacement under the warranty, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. They will guide you through the necessary steps, including providing the required documentation and arranging the replacement of the defective item.

  6. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the replacement process, including the return of the defective item to us and the shipment of the replacement item.

  7. Inspection and Verification: Upon receiving the defective item, our team will inspect and verify the eligibility for a replacement. If the item meets the warranty criteria, a replacement will be promptly provided. If it is determined that the damage is not covered under the warranty, the customer will be notified and responsible for any applicable repair or replacement costs.
